Football Season Tickets (2008)

SEASON TICKET OPTIONS

· All lower level season tickets in Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium will be assigned to Pirate Club Members ONLY!
· ECU student seating is in sections 17-22. Student seating starts in row L in sections 17 & 18, and is only available to Student Pirate Club members. (See the Facilities page for map.)
· Pirate Club priority seating is located in sections 2-10 on the south side, sections 16 & 17 (first 10 rows) on the north side, and sections 216-218 in the upper deck.
· Economy plan seating is in sections 1 and 11 on the south side and sections 13-15 on the north side, as well as upper deck sections 215, 219, and 220.


Economy Plan ($175)
Pirate Club members at Skull & Crossbones level or higher ($600+) are eligible to:
· Purchase as many season tickets as their priority allows at the $175 discount price.
· Choose to sit in ANY economy plan section; seats will be assigned using the Pirate Club priority point system. Please indicate when ordering where you would like to sit.
· Be guaranteed seating in an economy plan section for 2009. (Next re-seating is 2009.)

Pirate Club members at Buccaneer ($300) or below are eligible to:
· Purchase as many as four season tickets at the $175 discount price.
· Be guaranteed seating in an economy plan section for 2009. (Next re-seating is 2009.)

Non-Pirate Club economy plan seats will:
· Be available only after all Pirate Club requests have been filled.
· Be located in the upper deck sections 215, 219, or 220. (If available)
· Not be guaranteed for season tickets in 2009.


Pirate Club Priority Season Ticket ($250)
Seating locations in the lower level are in sections 2-10, 16, and rows A-J of 17. Seating locations in the upper deck are in the first three rows of all sections, and sections 216-218. Seating is based on Pirate Club priority points/ranking.
· All seats not sold as season tickets in the priority seating areas will be offered to priority season ticket holders first.
· Any remaining priority section seats will be available for purchase to other Pirate Club members on individual game basis for full face value.
· Priority section seats will not be sold to anyone other than Pirate Club members. Tickets will not be discounted by the athletic department on seats in priority sections.


Faculty/Staff Season Tickets ($200)
Faculty/Staff season ticket holders who are Pirate Club members have two options:
· Have your seats assigned in priority order or,
· Have your seats assigned in section 2 with other Pirate Club faculty/staff members.

Non-Pirate Club Faculty/Staff season ticket holders may purchase economy plan tickets ($175) and choose to sit in section 1 with other Faculty/Staff members. Please indicate while ordering where you would prefer to sit. Each Faculty/Staff member is allowed two season tickets at the discounted price, plus the number of family members living at home.


Young Graduate Plan ($150 each for up to four (4) tickets)
ECU graduates who graduated in the last 3 years who are Pirate Club members will be assigned based on priority and date purchased. Seating is located in the upper third of sections 13-14 as well as the upper deck. Young graduates who are not Pirate Club members will be seated in the upper deck sections of 215, 219, or 220.


RENEWING FOOTBALL SEASON TICKETS ONLINE

This year you will again have the convenience of renewing your football season tickets at ECUPIRATES.COM. As an added benefit anyone who renews online prior to the May 1 priority deadline will receive a 2007 Pirate Football commemorative season ticket. These directions will assist you in renewing your season tickets online.

· One-stop shopping- Renew season tickets, buy extra single game tickets, buy away game tickets, and donate to the Pirate Club.
· Receipt of Pirate Mail, the official email for ECU Athletic Information, as it pertains to football ticket information.


Ordering Process
1. Sign Into Your Account
· If you have never renewed your tickets online before, you will need to activate your account. Simply select "Link Your Account" on the Sign In Page. You will then be able to access your account using the Pirate Number and Pin Number provided on your ticket application or in your ticket renewal email.
· If you have renewed your tickets online before, visit the Sign In Page and access your account by entering your Pirate Number and password that you have used online in the past.

***You only need your Pin Number the first time you order tickets through ECUPIRATES.COM. During future visits to the ticket website, you can simply login with your Pirate Number and password that you choose for your account. Call the Athletic Ticket Office for help or if you do not know your pin number.***

2. Access Your Application
Once you update your customer information, you can select the 200/ Football Season Ticket Application. This will bring you to your 2008 renewal application. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your renewal.

3. Order Additional Season Tickets (Optional)
Additional tickets may be purchased by individuals renewing season tickets. Before you click "Check Out" on the final page of your order, click "Continue Shopping" and you may purchase additional season tickets. Simply indicate the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase.

4. Pay For Your Tickets
Online orders can be paid with Visa or MasterCard. Have your credit or debit card ready before beginning your order to save time!

5. Order Confirmation
When you complete your transaction and your payment is accepted, you will see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address.


NEW SEASON TICKET HOLDER
Customers looking to purchase new season tickets can order online by clicking the "Order Online" link at the top of this page.

1. Create/Sign Into Your Account
· If you have NEVER purchased any ECU tickets (whether online, by phone, or at the Ticket Office), you will need to create a new account. Simply select "Register Now" on the Sign In Page. You will then need to enter the required information in order to create an account.
· If you are a returning ECU customer, but have never purchased any tickets online, you will need to activate your account. Simply select "Link Your Account" on the Sign In Page. You may then access your account using the Pirate Number and Pin Number from previous ticket applications or by calling the ECU Athletic Ticket Office at 252-328-4500 and requesting this information.
· If you have purchased any tickets online before, visit the Sign In Page and access your account by entering your Pirate Number and Password that you have used online in the past.

2. Purchasing Your Tickets
Once you have signed in, click BUY TICKETS on the top menubar. From here, follow the process of ordering your tickets by selecting the sport and type of tickets (season or single game) you need. Enter the quantity of tickets you desire and continue.

3. Order Additional Season Tickets (Optional)
You may purchase additional tickets prior to Check Out. Before you click "Check Out" on the final page of your order, click "Continue Shopping" and you may purchase additional season tickets. Simply indicate the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase.

4. Pay For Your Tickets

INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS
Home Games
With the high demand for the West Virginia tickets, it is recommended that you purchase season tickets to guarantee a seat. Game tickets are available for season ticket holders and Pirate Club members only at this time. Tickets for the general public will be availale in August.

Away Games
Conference USA games are now available to all ticket purchasers. Tickets for the games at NC State and at Virginia are available only to Pirate Club members with a limit of 4 tickets for levels Jolly Roger and above, and a limit of 2 tickets for Golden Pirate and below.


Seat Location
Individual game tickets ordered by Pirate Club members will be assigned before tickets are made available to the general public, but will not be adjacent to your season ticket location. Additional tickets are filled with the best available seats and assigned using the Pirate Club Priority Point System.


Refund/Exchange Policy
No refunds or exchanges for any order, unless your order cannot be filled. Refunds are made for the price of the ticket only and take 3-4 weeks to process.


Ticket Policy for Children
Everyone, with the exception of infants that can be carried in arms, must have a ticket for regular season contests held at ECU facilities. For contests held at other venues, please contact the host venue to learn of their ticket policy.


Transfer of Tickets
Seats may not be transferred to another account holder.


Group Tickets
East Carolina University Athletics would be pleased to host your group and event at a 2008 home football game. For more information on group tickets and tailgates, please contact the ECU Marketing Office at 252-737-4530.


ADDRESS & INFORMATION

The athletic ticket office is working to better serve you. Our new feature called Pirate Mail keeps you up to date on ECU athletics. Pirate Mail is available via e-mail only. Please provide your e-mail address and select the specific information you would like to receive.

For any address and contact information changes to an account, customers using ECUPIRATES.COM should manage their physical address and other account information on the website. Other customers will need to submit an address change in writing, either by noting the change on their renewal application or by sending a change of address form. Only the account holder of record can make this request.
